Management is helpful. Coworkers are helpful. The working environment was good. Projects are pretty complex at Verizon Wireless, thus making it challenging.
Micromanagement by the senior management. Releases are scheduled on weekends, with no compensation given for working on weekends for releases.
No micromanagement should be done. Leave the employees to handle the task. Employees of Verizon Wireless are smart enough to handle the task.
