You may think that because it's an R&D lab, the work will be awesome. You may be wrong.

Nothing is great here; there is no proper management, no proper plans.

They do not follow the right process; it is like a mess.

All the US guys think of themselves as gods, and the Indian people keep nodding their heads for everything. They decide everything.

No canteen, no gym, no scope for any recreational activities. The office is very, very small.

Working hours are very bad; even if you come early, you will have to stay until 8 or 9 PM.

No cab facility until now.

If your Current CTC is okay, you might get a good package while joining.

Brand name.

Policies are good.

Work from home option.
- Stop worshipping to US people.
- Shift to some good office.
- Make proper plans and execute effectively.
