Like any other company, there are some high-priority projects and low-priority maintenance projects. If you get into a high-priority project, you will have good career growth and learning as well.
Not as many on-site opportunities as offered in TCS, CTS, etc.
People who are good at presenting themselves and their work grow faster than people who are not as good in speaking up but are technically superior.
