Great benefits for the average employee
Awful culture and management.
They don’t care about their employees at all.
Phone interview - Previous project and challenges faced. The recruitment process was very long; I got the offer after almost two months. Basic OOPs concepts were asked. A problem was given and I was asked to solve it.
I had a recruiter screen, followed by a panel interview with software engineers. The interview mostly focused on my previous experience and what projects I have worked on. They asked questions like, "Describe a challenging bug that you fixed."
Interviewed by peers, the hiring manager, his boss, and a program manager. Very cordial and relaxing, but with deep, incisive questions that I later came to realize just how picky people were. The relaxing atmosphere allowed me to be at my best.
