Good work and life balance
Sometimes it depends on the manager to stretch timings.
Hiring for freshers is only through their campus program. It's the easiest interview I have ever given. It is meant to be easy since it's an outsourcing/service-based firm. Also, the location can be any of HYD, BLR, or CHN. 1st round: GD - They give
3 rounds: 1st was technical, covering Java and DSA. 2nd round: DSA + System Design. 3rd round: HR + Techno-managerial, then Java and System Design. The interview was very good. They asked real-time scenarios, like idempotent keys, etc.
I wasn't selected even though I went through to the HR round and could answer all the questions correctly. If you didn't want to hire me, why not reject me in the technical round itself?
