The initial interview process was mostly based on a set of questions that asked one to tell about how he or she solved issues when faced with technical and people challenges.

It was a video interview and I was in my old office. I was asked questions by my current team lead. I was panicked that I was going to attend an interview with Verizon, and it wasn't as difficult as I thought.
