Pros

Flexible work timings. Exposure to critical projects early in career. Very few good projects with good teammates. No bench; everyone is on a project. Good brand name associated with your resume. If you work hard and your manager and subordinates are good and have a say in upper management, then you grow at a fast pace.

Cons

Company policies suck. There's no reverse feedback mechanism. There's a lot of favoritism by managers and autocracy by managers. They are indirectly forcing employees to work for more than 12 hours. There's less job security. The senior management in India is incompetent. Employees rated high for performance are not promoted; only employees who don't question the actions of supervisors are promoted. It's utterly suicidal, and the consequences are already there to see: the attrition rate is over 23%. People are just running away. Once you know the reality, you just want to run away.

Advice to Management

Improve management skills.

Need transparency in management decisions.

Job security and a friendly approach from management, HR, security, etc. is what is needed.

Don't exploit employees.

Promotions and hikes should be based on the performance of the employee.

A 360-degree review is needed so that employees can also rate their managers and subordinates.
