It's a big and reputed company. There are a lot of opportunities if you get the right project to work upon.

There are a lot of facilities for women employees and extra activities that happen to keep you motivated.

There are a lot of things I don't like, but the most important one is that even the smallest of things can take a day to get done.

As a developer, I like to get my hands on stuff and work, and I like to try new things, but in order to do those things, I have to struggle a lot.

The higher authority only focuses on the deliverables and not on whether there are proper resources to accomplish that task.

Make sure the developers are getting proper resources to work. Half of the time is spent on doing silly software installations.

Please create a way for developers to test and work on open source. It would be a great benefit to try new ideas and explore. Most of the people don't even try because it's such a pain to get your hands on that.
