Pros

Lots of work and a lot of exposure in the assigned field. Believe me, it's not a pro anymore.

Cons

No work-life balance. Even if you start working, you can forget about agile processes and working hours. They will ping you all day and ask 10 to 20 times for updates on assigned tasks. Working hours are normally 10 hours daily. They will force you to work on weekends if you don't complete tasks within the given time. Assigned tasks, no matter how small, you have to complete within 2 to 3 hours. So, they don't assign story points to any tickets. In short, I would say never ever join Verizon if you really love your family and yourself.

Advice to Management

No advice for management, because management knows very well about this toxic workplace and pathetic work-life balance.
