Pros

If you are desperate, at least you will get paid.

Cons
  • Most of the people here are not good at their jobs, good people leave fast.
  • They treat contractors as fifth-class citizens.
  • Managers are very old-school; they don't listen and don't like to be told anything.
  • Code quality is the worst I've ever seen in my life, and believe me, I have seen dark places.
  • Sometimes there can be a lot of work, and sometimes no work at all.
  • There is no work environment; everything is very enterprise and boring.
  • They don't have coffee; you have to bring your own... yeah, they are that cheap.
  • They let anyone work at this company just to fill positions. They have BIG teams; half of the team makes up for the other half who doesn't do any good work.
  • The manager can threaten you to fire you, and if they get a budget cut, they will. It's an unstable situation the whole year.
Advice to Management

I saw two new kids that didn't even last a month working there. That's the best they could have done.

The amount of money being wasted in this company for having people that don't do good work is ridiculous, especially the people in lead, high, or manager positions. I'm guessing they are making million-dollar losses a year.

This company is so corrupted that it needs a huge cleanup from those leeches.

You should care more about your employees, especially the ones who do a good job.
