Pros

Great Benefits - GREAT PTO, work from home, on-site fitness center (with personal training), decent work-life balance, 50% employee discount on phone bill.

Cons

Unorganized, micromanaged.

Leadership does not mind terminating jobs or cutting entire departments.

Outsourcing is pretty common.

Management is terrible.

Advice to Management

Focus more on improving your employees and allowing them to set their goals that you'd like to help them reach.

Do not hire people for a position and then not allow them to do the work associated with it (avoid bait and switch).

Avoid cutting departments, ESPECIALLY if you hired people within the department straight out of college and they haven't been working there long. It's a horrible and immoral look on the company.
