Pros

Well, you have a job. There are no career paths, there are no promotions, and there is no reason to work there unless your goal is to get a routine paycheck.

Cons

The entire staff is being outsourced to India. Workers who do not talk to Verizon employees are being hired. They are hiring India workers who talk in foreign languages and have no dress code. These workers wear beach clothes to work in the same areas as the US workers. The US workers require a dress code, while the India workers walk around the office barefoot and in blue jeans. The India workers have no intention of talking English in the office.

Advice to Management

Put the outsourced people in their own facilities and say goodbye to employee trust and respect.
