Good package, work-life balance, and employee benefits.
Onsite options. I don't see any other cons.

I applied for a Java developer role. Then I got a call from Verizon for a first technical round, followed by a second round of technical interview. The third round was an HR interview and salary discussion.
One Technical interview + One HR round. Basic DSA questions and projects were asked in the Technical round. 1. Write a code for palindrome. 2. SQL. 3. Tech stack of your project and motivation behind it.
Very smooth and easy process. GD followed by an AI prompt round, then the interview and HR round. Average interview difficulty. Great people and great process. Did not have to wait at all.
