Had a telephonic interview. The interviewer was wonderful and patient. Asked me very relevant questions and informed me about more suitable locations for me as well. It was a very professional experience.

Mostly, the questions were based on my experiences and my project. One situation-based question and a few technical questions. They check your attitude and your willingness to learn new technologies over your knowledge.

Through an agency, there were many layers and hoops until I actually talked to a person who made decisions. I was told at any point the position could be closed before being filled because of finance decisions.
