Very easy and down to earth. Very calm setting, no pressure. The manager did not make me feel like she knew it all and I wasn’t smart enough for the job.

A written test was held in college, with eligibility being 70% and above. A group discussion followed, where groups were formed according to the department. A technical interview was conducted by a panel. The personal interview was one-on-one.

Very good experience. Questioned a lot about my projects done in my college and my internship. In the HR interview, I was asked some basic questions. The written test was easy. The whole process took two days.
