Advice to Management

Listen to the employees more than the shareholders.

Moving to more in-office days is not a benefit to productivity, morale, or work-life balance. There are numerous employees hired under WFH that are now looking at major cost increases to make extra hour-plus commutes to sit in a cube, as their collaborative teams are in other states or countries.
