Job security is non-existent at this company. As a watch engineer, you are the bottom of the barrel to the corporate tight suits. Never get too comfortable.
Poor and negligent management. Toxic work environment. Does not live up to the hype.
Instead of rolling your eyes at another bad review, try treating your engineers like humans. They're the ones doing the work, anyway. Last I checked, all you corporate tight suits do is pick up a call and don't show up to job sites for months at a time. God sees everything. I hope you live the life you deserve.

The interview process with Verizon is very generic. The person interviewing just asks the typical interview questions asked during every interview and does not bother to learn more about the candidate. Just an overall neutral opinion.
HR called and set up an interview. It was a Google Meet video interview. The interview was very fast, completed in 30 minutes. Questions related to Angular, .NET, and SQL Server were asked.
