A good organization where one can learn tricks and trades of the telecom domain. If you are fortunate enough and get a good line manager, you will learn a lot.
Opportunities are very limited. Also, a lot of favoritism comes into play while appraisals are done.
A lot of work needs to be done to cater to new opportunities.
