Good Culture, Slow Pace
Work-life balance, good culture, good technology, and a good hierarchical structure. Not much into politics. I like working here. Got the right executive management in place. Need to increase more funding in India. Both Hyderabad and Chennai locations are doing fine.
Slow pace of work and the promotion opportunities are limited. Its conservative type of management, which needs to evolve to address global challenges. More open to outsource work to India.
