Good Perks, Poor Communication
Verizon Data Services India is a nice place to work. It offers free snacks and a free cab drop facility every hour, starting from 9:30 PM. There is also a free pickup from Hitec City MMTS to Raheja.
No pickup. Need to wait until 9:30 daily for a cab. Customer friendly (means not employee friendly). Employees seriously lack communication skills. HR are not full-time. All scheduled trainings will be postponed because of project deliverables.
Conduct more communication skills trainings.
