Stay away! The negative reviews are right; positive ones seem fake
There is a nice office with catered food.
- No WLB for any team, which is crazy because this is not an early-stage startup.
- Toxic management, all the way to the top. Nepotism, racism, unrealistic expectations (especially of my sales associate colleagues, but also from the eng leadership to us).
- Marketing team posts fake 5-star reviews on Glassdoor. It's pretty obvious if you read the cons on those reviews. Try to talk to an employee who is a friend or friend of a friend to get a real opinion about how bad it is.
Use an employee survey to reconsider how you're handling your employees.
