6 total interviews in order to pass. Questions were the same for each interview, which was very tiring to keep answering. It was a long and tedious process, not needed. After the 4th interview, I had to ask what the status was after not hearing back from them for several days. Why not have 3 people interview the candidate at the same time instead of having so many interviews? There needs to be more respect for the candidate's time.
