- Not a lot of transparency; things change rapidly and there is frequently not a lot of context.
- Not easy to grow above your station, especially with only annual promotion cycles.
- Go back to bi-annual promotion cycles.
- Some sort of 20% project/more Vimeo Jams (Hackathons).
