Good, unless the manager you happen to work under is horrible
- Top management is really good and takes care of employees.
- Good feedback systems in place.
- Good benefits.
- Good people in teams.
- Don't always take action on feedback.
- The India team doesn't get as many benefits as compared to the US team.
- Some bad managers are retained by the Bangalore office, even though their people skills are mildly horrifying and passive-aggressive, because of said managers' ability to ensure technical results. This happens at the cost of many good employees.
Train managers that interact with employees with proper people skills. Sensitize them to act professionally and motivate employees in better, sustainable ways.

Vimeo sent me through all three rounds of interviewing, just to ghost me at the very end. What a waste of time and an unprofessional company. I still have not heard back from them.

The interviews were of 4-5 rounds. They were very easy, and I don't think they have any good candidates. Also, HR will ghost after a particular time. I didn't accept their offer as they had just fired a few people a few days back.
