Felt the whole interview was not serious. It looked like some interviews were conducted for the formal sake of interviewing many candidates. I totally wasted half my day.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The process involved an initial phone screening, a HackerRank coding assessment, and an onsite interview with a panel of four interviewers.
The interviewer was rude and belittling, asking administrative questions for a developer profile. It was a very bad experience. He asked questions about skewness, and I answered, but he seemed not to accept my responses. When I asked about what kind of scenarios the team faced skewness and what kind of metrics they used to address it, he said they had never faced skewness and didn't use any metrics to solve it.
How do you handle skewness?
