The recruiter called and set up a hiring manager interview.
I received HackerRank questions, which were very basic. I cleared them with ease.
The hiring manager spoke for 30 minutes with templated questions, and they were very easy to clear.
I was interviewed by a team of 4 people, again with templated questions and no challenging interaction.
After 3 weeks, I received an email stating I was rejected with no reason provided (as there was apparently no reason).
This seemed to be an internal filling position. I will be cautious next time and watch out for these types of positions.
