Three people conducted my phone screen, one after another. All three were from different locations. One person was happy with my interview, but another was not. I was told by the staffing agency that they needed to conduct four to five interviews before making a decision. This took one to two weeks. I told my staffing agency that I declined to take this position since they took too much time deciding, and I also had other job offers to consider. The following week, I received a call from the staffing agency asking to schedule an on-site interview. I ended up telling them that I had already accepted another job offer.
