The interview process took one day. However, the complete process to roll out an offer took more than a month.
Interviews went very well from my side. They are very concerned about providing numbers as per industry standards and to my skillset, which did match at 20% on top of my current compensation. They negotiate based on your perceived losses rather than what you will earn there.
The shortlisted candidate is very much decided for teams and roles, and teams cannot be changed.
