Round 1: Technical. Telephonic screening.
Round 2: Written Test.
Round 3: Technical cum Managerial.
Round 4: Managerial.
Just like any other interview, it mostly depends on the person conducting it. My experience was good with the people who conducted the interviews up to Round 3. The person who conducted Round 4 was a complete nerd of his kind. He seemed more interested in showing off, like a high-profile, Bond-like character. The entire 45-minute interview was a one-sided talk leading nowhere. Surprisingly, at the end, he told me I would have to go through two more rounds of telephonic interviews as a standard selection process. It's been a while, and I am still waiting for those two additional rounds. A pathetic experience!
