Process
It was pretty easy. The interview consisted of general architectural questions.
I explained server technologies and general coding approaches.
I completed the initial interview over the phone, and then spent a week being evaluated on the job as I began working, which I prefer anyway.
During that week, I showed them:
- How I coded
- My knowledge of servers and shell scripting
- My ability to set up other technologies for them and for the project
They also evaluated how I interacted with the team.
