Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took one week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) in December 2016.
There were a total of three rounds:
1st round: Online Assessment focused on Automation, Web Services, and Java Programming. 2nd round: F2F interview covering basic to advanced Java. 3rd round: F2F interview assessing analytical and problem-solving skills on Java programs.
The HR then asked me to wait for a couple of days for approvals. After that, when I tried to contact them, they said the openings for that project were closed. They were trying to evaluate me for other projects and would get back to me in a few days, but I never received any response whatsoever.
Please do not conduct interviews if you are not sure about your project requirements or planning.
