Worst interview process.
When the recruiter called me, he said they do maintenance of the application and development work as well. When I went for the interview, the interviewer was late. He arrived almost half an hour late. After he came, he was so rude and behaved as if he knew everything. He was extremely impatient. During the interview, he was reading my resume, clearly having no idea about its content. I don't understand how they can shortlist a resume without even looking at it.
In the interview, he asked me questions unrelated to my profile. The team is only doing support and system management, but I was informed they do development too. Later, the interviewer told me they help the development team if they need assistance with development. He was proud to tell me this, as though he was doing everything in the organization.
During the interview process, he asked me to write an algorithm. I made a mistake, but he was rude and literally pushed the paper towards me, saying, "No, it will not work." He was extremely rude.
After the first round (which didn't last even 15 minutes), they understood my profile wasn't a match. He left the room saying, "Wait here." Later, the recruiter called me (on my cell) and said I could leave for the day as the interview was not going as expected. This was totally unprofessional.
