I was called through Women Codesprint. There was mismanagement. After one round of interview, I was told to interview for a cybersecurity role. When I interviewed for that role, they asked about my current offers. I told them I had an offer from one company for a software developer position. Then, they didn't show any interest in interviewing me further.
The interviewers were asking random questions and didn't know how to interview. It was a waste of my time. People in top positions there are not talented enough to be in those roles. It is not a good company to work at.
I was asked about my machine learning projects and to sort an array containing 0s and 1s, which was a very easy and common question. The interviewer expected me to know everything about machine learning.
