Process

Worst HR team ever. I do not know what they are getting paid for when they are not able to accomplish their basic duties, like updating candidates on follow-ups and keeping track of interviews taken. I had my final interview in April, which was great.

Two weeks later, instead of giving me the result of the interview, the HR said that she missed that I had already had my final interview and by mistake had scheduled another one for me. That made me really angry, but I agreed to do another interview.

I interviewed for the second time at their Foster City office a week later. It has been 3 weeks now and 4 follow-ups. They are just shameless.

They don't reply; they don't update the status on the portal they use. This all has taken over 4 months.

They do not have the courtesy to inform candidates about their decision after the candidate has invested so much time.
