The interview process consisted of two main stages:
First Stage: Online Assessment
Second Stage: Interview (3 hours)
Design Stage: This stage was a negative experience. The interviewer was late and failed to discuss overall application design and architecture as expected. Instead, the questions focused solely on JavaScript and security. When I struggled or remained silent, the interviewer offered no assistance, merely staring at the screen or his phone. Requests for hints were ignored. Ten minutes before the end, I was asked to code a LeetCode medium question. I did not have enough time to solve it, and the interview concluded abruptly. This was the worst interviewer experience I have encountered.
Behavioural Stage: This stage involved numerous questions about soft skills.
Technical (Coding) Stage: The interviewer in this final stage was also highly unprofessional. When clarification was requested, they simply repeated the question without offering any hints. The task was to identify a simple palindrome string, but it seemed the interviewer lacked programming knowledge and was reading from a list, even being unfamiliar with how to call a function.
Overall Impression: The interview process was very poorly structured, and the interviewers appeared to lack knowledge in the topics they were discussing. None of the stages were enjoyable. I did not receive any feedback regarding the interview and was ghosted. Even if an offer were extended, I would decline it due to the company's disorganization.
