Started with an online assessment with 4 leetcode style questions ranging from easy to medium.
They then do an online behavioral and technical interview which lasts about 30 minutes.
They were transparent about the process and let me know what the next steps were.

Pros: Clear objective, great support and feedback from seniors, and a great team. Great opportunities to talk and interview with colleagues in different fields to gain a wider perspective on the company.
