Pros: I am having a good learning experience and a very supportive team.
I am in a team where even a new hire can pitch his/her ideas, and those will be taken into consideration.
We always have events at the office that encourage inventing something new.
Cons: I haven't had much bad experience so far.
Salary structure (very different salaries for the same post) is a really bad thing and can potentially cripple the company!!

Pros: Lots of learning opportunities, especially in the big data domain.
Cons: Too much office politics, not many travels to onsite, and work on weekends.
