Pros: Good internship program, lots of perks including a housing package and a trip to San Francisco for a week. Very technical work.
Cons: Some of the software, systems, and procedures are a little bit old for someone coming straight out of a college CS degree. However, on the bright side, you get to experience this world of programming.
