Pros: - There are no layoffs among devs. - Good legalization support for immigrants. - Pays on time.

Cons: The small opportunity to increase salary means you need to think twice about what to ask initially. You better not rely on improving it by working. They will make you go to the office at least 2-3 days per week. Poor management: Closing tasks have a higher priority than building good processes. Management doesn't consider team feedback for their decisions, even if it harms the team. They push you for action to improve metrics, even if it slows down work. Tendency to micromanagement. A limited opportunity for growth as a professional: trivial stack. The biggest part of your workday will be fighting with blockers, trying to find a responsible person for a service that is down, and reporting bugs for the internal framework, etc.

Pros: Regular corp life – a stable job.

Cons: This is not an innovative environment, but it is still okay.

Pros: Salary, Hybrid, Colleagues, Benefits, Atmosphere

Cons: Weekly commit amount control, aggressive push to use genai, complex systems.
