Process

It was a huge pain to even speak to a human.

The technical interview was easy, followed by a coding interview, and finally, I spoke to the manager hiring for the team.

The manager joined the call 10 minutes late, with no video on, and acted as if I wasn't even there. I'm glad I didn't end up working there.

Then, the coding pair was an LC medium with recursion.

Pros: - Good overall compensation. - Easier to get promoted to high levels of management than other tech companies. - If you are in good with your management, you can ride it to good pay.

Cons: Pockets of the organization are very political in nature. Most management takes care of their own and people they worked with in the past. Leadership is mostly strong, but when I was there, there were people that were obviously past their useful life. Some people that are in high positions (VPs and SVPs) you look at and wonder how the hell they got to that position (and stayed there).
