Process

I had to pass a 5-question HackerRank test over 2 hours. The test included:

  • 1 OOP question
  • 2 Easy questions
  • 2 Medium questions

I earned approximately 50% of the points but still received an interview invitation afterwards. During the interview, two senior engineers asked me questions about my resume, specifically about a technical project and a hackathon I attended. They asked no further technical questions, except for some related to data structures and Java.

Questions

What is the difference between lists and sets?

What is the difference between overloading and overwriting in OOP?

What is the difference between ArrayLists and Vectors?
