The process was quite fast. I applied through their website. HR contacted me the same or next day and scheduled a phone interview with a technical expert for the next day.
I disliked the interview process; it was similar to some "bodyshop" companies. Questions included, "How many years have you worked with insert some Java technology here?"
There were no questions about what I had done with the technology.
My English is far from native, and the interviewer had a bad accent. I did not understand his questions and often asked him to repeat them two or three times. I think he also did not understand all my answers, as he asked the same questions again.
I expected a higher level of interview from such a famous and big company as Visa.
How many years have you worked with insert some Java technology here?
