Staff QA Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I was selected and given the offer, which I rejected.

This was the worst interview process I have seen in my life. It seems they have outsourced all their HR manpower to Infosys. Those individuals are responsible for shortlisting and calling candidates. Applying through their web job portal is useless; nobody even looks at it.

In the India office, they have converted all contract employees into full-time employees who do not have any knowledge of the domain or the latest work going on in the industry. In the final HR round, the HR clearly told me, "If you are hard-working and expect recognition every year, then VISA is not a place for you."

If you have past work experience in companies like Amazon, Google, or Flipkart, then Visa is definitely not a place for you. The questions were so low-level that one would feel ashamed even trying to answer them.
