I interviewed with Visa in mid-2019.

I had multiple interviews with different teams, primarily in Austin, TX, and Colorado. I reached the final rounds for three different teams, for two Senior SE and one Staff SE positions.

The process included a call with a recruiter, followed by the usual HackerRank assessment. One round was with a Senior Engineer, followed by five 45-minute final interviews. This amounted to at least 7 hours of time spent with three teams, totaling 21 hours.

Most of the interviews felt disingenuous, as if there was no real interest in interviewing me. Many interviewers joined calls late. At least two out of every five final interviewers were different individuals from those named in the emails. They seemed unprepared, evident when they asked me to "tell me about yourself" while reading my resume. Several admitted that the person who was supposed to conduct the interview had just forwarded it to them to take. Their lateness was due to needing time to find a LeetCode problem for me to solve.

I would advise against wasting your time here.

Many of the Senior and Staff positions posted online are for Green Card or Perm processes. They likely need to show they interviewed candidates before rejecting you, not because there was an actual open position. It seems to be a formality to satisfy government requirements.

Your only chance to get into Visa might be as a graduate hire, starting your career with them early. Most other Senior and Staff positions appear to be fake.

After investing 21 hours across three teams, I followed up with different recruiters. Two ghosted me. One replied after three weeks, stating the team had moved in a different direction.
