I received a call from a recruiter who provided a HackerRank online assessment link. After clearing the OA, two technical loop interviews were scheduled.

I received positive feedback from the recruiter, who mentioned that a Hiring Manager round would be next. However, she then ghosted me for a week, not responding to emails or calls.

After a long follow-up, she stated that the feedback was actually average, and my profile was being put on hold.

Hypocrisy at its best! A week prior, she was ready to conduct the HM round and said the feedback was positive. Now, all of a sudden, she implied I already have offers, have put down my papers, and the feedback is average.
