Pros: I could not find much, but the best thing is you do a 9-to-5 standard job. Ideally, it should not get sucked like a typical Silicon Valley company.
Cons: Processes make it tough to do your work. General engineering is not as smart as you are used to. They have a lot of money and power, so you can see a lot of worthless people sitting, holding their jobs.
