It's simple. First, there's a phone screen. Then, you come in and implement a simple programming challenge that requires HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge. They provide the computer. They are looking to see how well you know web standards, accessibility, and so on.

Pros: It’s a fairly stable place, and everyone is very professional. Many people will get good work-life balance here, although sometimes weekend work and late nights are required.
Cons: As far as software development goes, the process is very heavy and run by – without exception – guys with heavy Indian accents and a myopic focus on "getting stories done". There is NO focus on actual quality or the user experience, despite the best intentions of designers and product owners.
