Overall good company, friendly working environment.
Does not value experience or hard work. It does not pay well enough with respect to competition for experienced persons. It pays college hires through the nose, and due to the "show off," senior resources are always drinking from the hose with too much work but no one to do. For the same reason, it is difficult for them to move to different areas and different technologies.
Pay-per-performance experience and market.
There were two interview rounds, and both were targeted on technical, design, and problem-solving skills. I declined the offer because the interview process was horrible. The way it was organized meant you had to follow up for feedback.
The interview process involved three rounds: * One telephonic interview * Two face-to-face interviews Recruiters were unprofessional. Interviews were delayed from the scheduled time by 1.5 hours. I was forced to come on a weekday for a 3-hour inter
1-hour phone screen with hiring manager and on-site for 4 hours. Two coding rounds, one system design round, and one architecture round. Some scenario-based questions.
