Great, hard-working bunch of people, but too much red tape
Nice office complex with its own restaurant serving Starbucks coffee. Pretty relaxed about working hours, as long as you get your 37.5 hours in during the week. I worked with a great bunch of very knowledgeable techies who knew a lot about the project we were working on.
Sometimes there was a lack of direction and communication, which resulted in two people working on the same task and duplicating effort. There was also too much politics, red tape, and bureaucracy. New managers came in too often and wanted to change things just for the sake of it. Too many unrealistic deadlines meant that corners were cut to meet those deadlines.
Better communication and less red tape.
