The coding session itself was rather simple, which is good. However, the experience was hindered by a clunky, inconvenient online editor. It would be better with a downloadable test harness or a local option.

Quite nice, although there are many stages, I think it's worthwhile. There used to be many behavioral questions before the actual interview. All in all, if someone likes Java or web development, I think it's a good place for them.
